Proposals created by both council and org members are done the same.
Proposal Types:
Poll: A proposal to gather community feedback on proposed topic(s) or change(s)
Assess Interest: Gauge the community's interest in potential new initiatives, partnerships, or product features.
Prioritize Projects: Determine which projects or areas the community believes should be prioritized.
Understand Sentiment: Collect opinions on the overall direction or strategy of the organization.
Service: Create a proposal to describe a service that can be useful for the Organization
Introduce New Tools: Propose the implementation of new software, platforms, or tools that can enhance organizational efficiency.
Outsource Tasks: Suggest contracting external services for specific tasks like marketing, legal advice, or technical support.
Improve Operations: Propose services that streamline operations, such as automated systems or third-party management services.
Multi-choice: Create a proposal to ask your community to pick between 3 or more options
Resource Allocation: Decide how to allocate resources, such as funding or manpower, between multiple projects.
Strategic Direction: Choose between different strategic approaches or business models for the organization.
Event Planning: Select among multiple potential dates, locations, or formats for community events or activities.
Withdrawal: Create a proposal to send treasury assets.
Fund Projects: Withdraw assets to fund new initiatives, projects, or investments within the organization.
Operational Costs: Cover day-to-day operational expenses like salaries, software subscriptions, or infrastructure costs.
Emergency Expenses: Access treasury funds for unexpected costs or urgent financial needs.
Council Change: Create a proposal to adjust the council members of the Organization
Replace Inactive Members: Remove and replace council members who are no longer active or contributing.
Add Expertise: Add new council members who bring specific expertise or experience needed for upcoming projects.
Rebalance Representation: Adjust council membership to better represent the current demographics or interests of the community.
Community Membership: Create a proposal to adjust the community membership of the Organization
Include New Members: Expand the community by adding new members who have demonstrated commitment or value.
Revoke Membership: Remove members who have violated community guidelines or no longer align with the organization’s values.
Adjust Membership Criteria: Propose changes to the criteria for becoming a member, such as raising or lowering entry requirements.
