2. Write a Concise and Comprehensive Proposal Description
Start with the Core Idea: Begin with a brief overview of the proposed service and why it's valuable for the organization.
Explain the Impact: Outline how this service will improve operations, introduce new tools, or fill an organizational gap.
Provide Key Details: Without going into unnecessary length, include essential information such as the tools, platforms, or third-party services involved and how they will be implemented.

3. End with a Clear Value Proposition
Summarize the Serviceβs Benefit: Conclude by reiterating the value this service brings to the organization, emphasizing how it enhances efficiency, addresses a challenge, or streamlines operations.
