🚀What is Aero Pool and Its Mission

Aero Pool's mission is to support ecosystem contributors that are out in the open building a better future for Solana.

Modern delegation strategies often prioritize achieving the highest APY, resulting in a concentration of stake among a select few validators across various pools. This centralization of stake contradicts our ethos at Aero, where we strive to support those who contribute to the ecosystem. ‍

Our Objectives are Twofold:

• First, we aim to energize, empower, and support existing tams and contributors within the Solana ecosystem with delegated stake.

• Secondly, we'd like to attract new people into the validator space through education, allowing them to find their feet and have all the neccessary knowledge and tools to run and maintain a performant validator.

We see a real opportunity for not only niche groups to run validators, but rather projects/teams from all walks of life residing within the Solana ecosystem.
