When filling out details for bounties make sure to be as detailed as possible. Give your community a clear overview so they can execute the work as effectively as possible.
Once your'e happy with your content and have chosen the prize amount you can click create. You will then sign a transaction to create a bounty proposl.
When choosing a start time you can set a delay for when the bounty will begin or you can start it instantly.
The created bounty is turned into a proposal for authorization by the council.
Once the council has approved the bounty it will populate in the Bounty section of the org.
